Ed has over 30 years of experience and progressive responsibility in Environment, Health and Safety. His qualifications include extensive hands-on planning, management system development and implementation, hazard assessment, regulatory compliance and training. Mr. Bulakites has led and participated in over 1000 EHS assurance and compliance audits, both domestic and international, for global segment leading companies. He also has corporate, division and regional experience with Fortune 500 companies.  Ed is currently the president of OSG Consultants and also serves on the executive advisory board of Champion Elevator NY, NY.Ed holds the Certified Safety Manager: Construction and Fire Prevention Specialist designations from the National Association of Safety Professionals and is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for both construction and general industries along with several other designations.Representative Projects:Developed LOTO programs  for complex systems including jet engine     test cells, plywood manufacturing lines and vertical transportation systems. Developed globally applicable EHS Minimum Operating Requirements     (MOR) for application throughout a Fortune 50 company.Developed facility/industry specific training programs and train-the trainer     programs for LOTO, ergonomics in construction and field work, material     handling, hoisting and rigging, electrical safety, arc flash, and fall     protection for clients in construction, utilities and building servicesPSM/PHA – Conducted applicability assessments, developed PSM     programs, provided implementation assistance and audited PSM programs     in numerous industries including; packaging, agricultural chemicals, oil and     gas industry, paper and pulp products, co-generation, terminals and     transportation. Facilitated PHA’s in the same industries.Managed site safety and developed site specific safety plans for sub-     contractors on major commercial construction sites in Philadelphia, PA;      Atlantic City, NJ;  Baltimore, MD;  Washington, DC; Singapore; Malaysia.
