Paula has over 20 years of experience with both safety and maintenance.  She started her career with the Pulp and Paper industry but spent the bulk of her years helping various different businesses.  She has also worked with the State of Alabama and the College System updating curriculum and training the next generational workforce.Paula continues her drive and passion to help others through her business.  She provides training and assistance in a number of subject matter.  From developing programs to mentoring new Safety Professionals, she enjoys helping others and seeing them succeed.
